We create promotional campaigns for our clients and guide them in customizing all promotional materials to increase their customers’ awareness of the program. Our marketing team works closely with our creative services department to design and implement printed materials and websites. A close working relationship with all of our clients is essential to maximize the effectiveness of their promotional strategies across all marketing channels.

Creative services provides quick, cost-effective, and imaginative solutions for clients. Whether a complete marketing campaign is required or a simple stand-alone piece, we handle it from concept to production to distribution. In addition to a vast array of printed material, we also design cutting edge web graphics and corporate identity materials. Our extensive experience and market expertise provides us with the unique ability to provide our clients with marketing materials that are as effective as they are eye-catching.

account management

Our account management team takes clients step-by-step through implementation of new programs and manages program progress from start to finish. Professional management services are unique to each client based on needs but often include program development, marketing efforts, changes to programs, special programming, report requests, and invoicing issues. Our proactive relationship with our clients assures seamless communications and effective, productive programs.

information technology

We possess the technology to send and receive data files from major credit and debit card processors - and have years of experience in doing so. Cbsi serves as its own Internet Service Provider (ISP) and handles all web-hosting needs through secure encrypted servers. Many clients take advantage of our Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) capabilities for ongoing membership fees. Our customer service center is fully supported by advanced technology with call monitoring, custom Interactive Voice Response (IVR) systems, and membership software, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Customer service is based in two locations to assure seamless service no matter what the circumstances, and is staffed 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. We also have bilingual (Spanish) capabilities. Customer contact options include phone, email, fax, and mail. Quality service is assured because of our investment in state of the industry systems and maintenance of rigorous standards of performance, which are set to exceed our clients' expectations. Phone activity performance reports are available to our clients at their request.

purchasing

Purchasing works with our centralized vendor network and our on-line database to support all Cbsi subsidiaries and client / merchandise websites. All of our merchandise is shipped directly from our vendor network (including more than 3,000 suppliers) to the customer. The product selection of more than 1,200 brands and 300,000 items spans virtually every type of customer goods, from electronics to home furnishings, to sports, travel, personal goods, and over 100 gift cards from major retailers and restaurants. Specific higher end products are also available through special ordering.

travel fulfillment

Travel fulfillment is handed through Cbsi travel, our wholly owned, full-service travel agency. Cbsi travel is both ARC approved and bonded.
