loyalty solutions: travel rewards
Travel rewards can have a big impact on your loyalty program.
These rewards include free and discounted airline tickets, cruises, hotel stays, special vacation packages, and car rentals. Travel fulfillment is handled through Cbsi travel, our wholly owned, full-service travel agency.

During the set up of the program rules, a set of ticket levels are created. Below is a sample travel matrix:

discounted airfare (credit)
Cardholders may opt for a discount off any flight, usually in $100 increments. The total ticket cost will be billed to the cardholder’s credit or debit card with a credit that will appear within their next 2 billing statements.

Customers can redeem points for travel services online.
Online travel reservations made by point redemption are available through our Sabre/Travel Network® acknowledged as the most technologically advanced and innovative travel process network. Your customers have the ability to book all of their travel reservations online using their points for redemption. This provides customers the ability to make their reservations 24/7 without a customer service representative.
